Onna to Otoko no Lullaby Game performances
Ever since Morning Musume's new single was announced I've been waiting for Morning Musume to perform it on music shows. I even personally wrote to Music Japan. So, you can imagine how beyond excited I am that they finally performed Onna to Otoko no Lullaby Game live. They were on Happy music November 26th, and they were just on Music Japan November 28th.
I actually planned on making each performance a separate post, but I haven't been able to find either performances on youtube until now. So, duel post it is.
I thought the performance from Happy Music was really great. Everyone sounded amazing, especially A-chan. She hits her high notes perfectly, but when does she not. But for some reason the entire time I was watching this I was drawn to Risa, even though she only has 1 line. She just looks really fierce with that hair. This is like the first time I ever though Risa looked good with short hair. The only real complaint I have about the performance is that it's only half the song.
Maybe I'm a perv, but does anyone else notice that when they bend like that you can see their under shorts. The dresses could be just a little longer. XD
Risa looks gorgeous.
Look at LinLin in the background looking all hot.
The performance from Music Japan is pretty much the same. Except Music Japan's stage is way nicer and Reina sounds a little weird. I don't know, all of her lines it seems like she's out of breathe. Which is weird because she killed it on Happy Music.
Ai-chan looks so cute here.
I still hate the leg move.
I never noticed how awkward this part was. XD

Morning Musme-Onna Gokoro to Nanto Yara preview
With just 2 days until the official release date of Morning Musume's 11th album, Fantasy Juuichi, they've just released a new preview. This time it's Onna Gokoro to Nanto Yara, which is probably going to be there last song preview before the release date.
After listening to it for a few times, this song is probably my least favorite preview they have released. The music is too slow and simple. And it reminds me a little bit of C-ute's Everyday Yeah Kataomoi. I'm just not into the song. Even the way it's being sung, it sounds like there's no emotion behind it. And it makes the overall song sound a bit flat.
And because someone in H!P must have had a brain hemorrhage, the line distribution still sucks. The solos go to Risa, Eri, and Ai-chan. And if I listen hard enough I can kinda hear Aika. But as always, I'll just have to wait for the full song to be released in 2 days.

Just debut already!
It seems like nearly every one in the Johnny's fandom wants one thing, and that's the debut of Kis-My-Ft2. Ok, maybe not all Johnny's fans but I've heard quite a few that want this. I'm not even a fan of them and I'm starting to get frustrated about the whole situation.
(By the way, I am not an expert on this, so don't treat me as one. I don't even pay attention to Johnny's Juniors at all. But JE fans don't get too offended by that. I don't follow Hello!Project Eggs or AKB48 Research Students either. I never have, and I never will.)
It seems every time Kis-My-Ft2 do anything, 4,000 fans are getting excited. I can't count how many times I've heard people say, "any day now they are going to announce their debut." And with good reason really. Kisumai has held their own solo concerts, they were in their own stage play, starred in their own CM a few months back, and it was just announced 2 Kisumai members, Fujigaya Taisuke and Kitayama Hiromitsu , will be in the drama Misaki No. 1.
Kis-My-Ft2 is completely following the footsteps of KAT-TUN. KAT-TUN held tons of concerts and stage plays before their official debut. KAT-TUN was formed in 2001 but didn't officially debut until 2006, that's 5 years. Kis-My-Ft2 was formed 5 years ago in 2005, it kinda seems like it's time for them to debut. And I honestly don't see what Johnny is waiting for. It really seems like he's tiptoeing around the whole situation. Obviously they had enough of a following to hold solo concerts, they have enough of a following to debut.
I really want JE to have any kind of debut, because this will be my first debut as a fan. I became a fan a year after Hey! Say! JUMP's debut. And Nayama Yuma w/ BI SHADOW and NYC don't really count. Well actually NYC is pretty much a legit group now, but whatever it's not the same.
I don't really follow Kisumai but maybe they do/will have some good songs. I just wish Johnny would anounce something already. Either that or break them up, because honestly they are being wasted. He already wasted Yamashita Shoon. It would be sad to do it again.

"Arigato" ~Sekai no Doko ni Itemo~ live on YY Jumping
On today's episode of YY Jumping their was a performance of Hey! Say! JUMP's new single, "Arigatou" ~Sekai no Doko ni Itemo~. What makes this performance special is, not only are they performing it for the first time, but it's Hey! Say! BEST and not just Hikaru and Yabu.
I'm dissapointed by how simple the dance is.
But let's not forget what's really important. Yabu still hasn't dyed his hair, and still has his sexy dark brown hair. :D
I love the background, with images from around the world. Statue of Liberty FTW! XD
WTF. All the foreign thank yous are written in red and katakana, except the English one. I know it's only written in English because Japanese people are the most familiar with it, but still. They could have wrote it in katakana too.
I guess this is supposed to be grazie? It doesn't sound like it. XD
I knew there had to be some sort of bowing move.
I wonder if Hikaru is the one saying this in the single version. I sounds like it could be.
Oh man look, it's Casey Anderson right next to Hikaru.
It's the first performance ad I'm still really not feeling the song. It's still just mediocre for me. But that's ok, I don't have to absolutely love everyone of their songs. Also, I hope this single follows the pervious JE releases. About a week-a week 1/2 before the PV previews came out their new single was performed somewhere on TV. So, let's hope this means we'll get the PV preview soon.

Okai Chisato to release first digital single
Since uploading her own dance videos on C-ute's official Youtube channel, C-ute member Okai Chisato is releasing her first digital single, LOVE Namida Iro, on iTunes. Which is more commonly know as Matuura Aya's 3rd single. It seems like she's finally getting noticed by H!P and UFA.
This has been a good couple of months for one of H!P's favorite underdogs. She's releasing her first photobook and DVD, and now she's releasing her first digital single. Digital single or not, this is the first solo single by any C-ute member. Even though she's one of my least favorite H!P members I am extremely happy for her. She's always shoved in the back, so I'm glad she's getting a little bit of attention. Even if it is only for a brief moment. I also always did like her voice. It was unique and probably one of the deepest in H!P currently.
I think Chisa picked the absolute perfect song as her solo song. She has basically the same pitch and tone as Ayaya. When I listened to Chisato singing it for a split second I thought it was Ayaya. So Chisa did an amazing job.
Here's Chisato singing and dancing to LOVE Namida Iro.
And for fun, here's the original.

Morning Musume-1 Kara 10 Made Aishite Hoshii preview
I'm sorry that this is so late guys. I've just been really busy helping my family get ready for Thanksgiving. But since Thanksgiving is officially over, and I'm stuffed full of turkey, I can blog 100% again. Anyway, I should probably talk about the topic at hand.
With the release of Morning Musume's 11th album, Fantasy! Juuichi, just 5 days away Momusu released yet another radio rip. This time the song is entitled 1 Kara 10 Made Aishite Hoshii.
I actually really like the music of this song. It's got a real 1970's feel. It sounds like a mix between disco music and funk music. And I do like that this song is mainly sung as a group. I think it gives it a really cute and endearing quality. However, I really hate that the only members we hear with a solo are Ai and Reina. So far 3 songs have been previewed. I certainty hope either these previews have just been to short to hear LinLin and JunJun or the remaining 6 songs we have yet to hear are full of LinLin and JunJun.

Hey! Say! JUMP-"Arigato" ~Sekai no Doko ni Itemo~ preview
Hey! Say JUMP's new single, "Arigato" ~Sekai no Doko ni Itemo~, is being released in a little over 3 weeks but we already have a full preview of the song. But let me say how utterly surprising that they are releasing another single. After they released an album and a concert DVD, I was pretty much sure that would be it for JUMP this year. So, I am super excited that we are getting something new from them.
At first listen I am surprised at hoe different this sounds compared to everything HSJ usually releases. This song has an extremely heavy electronic beat. And it honestly reminds me of a little of Adam Lambert's For Your Entertainment. But JUMP's song is a lot slower.
As of right now I'm not really feeling the song. I mean it's not horrible, but it's not extremely catchy either. I don't know, nothing about the song really stands out.
Also I know HSJ said thank you in like 12 languages but and I caught every single one except obrigado and grazie. I think I also when I heard merci beaucoup it sounded like they only said merci beau and forgot the coup.
Though, I am extremely happy that it sounds like every single member has at least one solo line. But I am not sure if Keito and Ryutaro do, I can't really tell their voices apart that well. Mostly because they never sing. I also really want to know how says we are JUMP, because it doesn't sound like Ryosuke.

Morning Musume-Fantasy ga Hajimaru radio preview
With Fantasy! Juuichi's release date right around the corner Morning Musume previews another song from the album. This time it's Fantasy ga hajimaru, but the preview is only 1:40. Which means there's obviously no way it's the full song.
At first listen I am absolutely in love with the whole night club type of music is has. It another club sounding song like Berryz's Dakishimete Dakishimete and Momusu's SONGS. But it actually sounds a lot like DEF.DIVA'S Suki Sugite Baka Mitai. While I do like the overall sound of the song I am completely disappointed by it at the same time. The song is basically a Sayumi solo song, she sings pretty much the entire time during this preview. Except for the short Reina solo part And Ai's solo part at the very end. And it sounds like Ai and Eri also have one line solos during the verse, but with their voices being practically autotuned I can't tell if it's them or still Sayumi. I guess Sayumi's It's You solo from Platinum 9 Disc wasn't enough, she needs another practically solo song. I mean she is graduating after all. Oh wait, that's LinLin and JunJun. I don't understand why I bother complaining anymore. I'm obviously not to get my dream Ai and LinLin duet, Risa and JunJun duet, and JunJun solo song. I also have to get used to Sayumi getting more and more solo lines since she'll be one of the oldest members in the group once Eri, LinLin, and JunJun graduate. I'm actually more excited for Aika to get more lines because she'll be a senpai to the new members. But I'm just ranting now.

S/mileage-Odoru yo radio preview
S/mileage will be releasing their first album, Warugakii 1, it in almost 3 weeks. And of course that means we have a radio preview of one of the new songs, Odorou yo. Now it is basically a glorified singles collection, but we do get a few new songs. And should be happy about that. At least it means they have a clean slate for album 2.
The song reminds me of cuter version of Summer Reggae! Rainbow. And of course the song is along the sugary sweet, adorable music S/mileage has been releasing since the first formed.
And has the always even S/mileage line distribution to match. But it would be a little hard to make S/mileage unfair since they only have 4 members. XD
Some of the parts of the song are really great. I love the echo effects on the members solo lines. It kinda sounds like an owl hooting but it's cute. I also really love the "Taisetsu na yoru no KYANDORU. Kinenbi wasurete bu bu bu bu. Soredemo onna no kotowaru. Kako ni shitsugi ni kanseru." part. (By the way, I romanized this by ear, so I have no idea if it's 100% right. It sounds pretty right to me though. XD)

Morning Musume-Itoshiku kurushii kono yoru ni radio preview
Morning Musume's 11th album Fantasy! Juuichi is being released in less then 2 weeks. And to promote Morning Musume was a guest on FM-Fuji radio show, so now we have a preview of the song Itoshiku kurushii kono yoru ni.
The song is a slow sung song, but it still has heavy background music. Which is great for me because I hate slow songs. But as long as the background music isn't soft, I don't mind songs that are sung slow. I absolutely love the overall sound of this song. It's soft and elegant, and upbeat at the same time. And Eri sounds incredible on her solo lines. I mean just really great. It really hurts to lose a voice as strong as hers.
The only actual fault I have with this song is, it's only sung by Eri, Reina, and Ai. I mean call me crazy, but I though this was Eri, LinLin, and JunJuns' farewell album. Not just another excuse for Ai and Reina to line hog. I do realize that this is the first preview of the album, and I should be patient. But I cannot stand that JunJun and LinLin are getting shafted yet again! They're all graduating but you can honestly only tell Eri is. I mean she's getting a new solo photobook, and one with the 6th gen, and she's leading this song. It's as if LinJun never existed. I know they aren't that popular, but they get nothing? Nothing at all! Where's the 8th gen photobook? Eri has had like 7 photobooks, LinLin and JunJun don't have any and will never get one now! Sometimes I cannot stand H!P.

AKB48-Chance no Junban PV preview
With less than a month until the release date of AKB48's 19th single, Chance no Junban, morning news shows are starting to preview the PV.
The PV is significantly toned down compared to the weirdness of Beginner, and the heavy fanserice of Heavy Rotation and Ponytail to Shuuhu. The PV is also a lot simpler than I was expecting. A majority of the PV is focusing on the dance scenes, mixed with close-ups. Which is a completely boring formula. The PV also features the Janken competition, and shows Uchida Mayumi's nerves beforehand. So, it looks like the PV will focus on Mayumi's road to becoming the center girl of this single/PV. I can't say it's a theme I am extremely excited over, but I'm sure Mayumi was thrilled about it. To only be a Theater Girl and then thrown into the center is quite a feat. But I have to say the scenes with her riding the horse are completely random and stupid. But at least it's a real horse. Not the fake stuffed horses from S/mileage's Asu wa Date na no ni, Imasugu Koe ga Kikitai.

KAT-TUN Changed MY World
The PV for KAT-TUN's new single, Change UR World, was just released. Oh, I'm sorry it wasn't just released. The PV was actually released a couple of days ago, but for some reason KAT-TUN fans would not let the PV be uploaded in HQ. Hell, they didn't even want it posted in LQ. I couldn't even download the PV! Every video that was posted on youtube had pages of Japanese, and international, KAT-TUN fans crying over the video being posted. Saying things like the "Please delete the video, it's being released on November 17th wait until then," or "If you share this stuff Johnny won't release it early in the future."
I would just like to know, what in the world is wrong with KAT-TUN fans? Why are they so anti uploading. When Arashi's and NEWS's new PVs were released they were upload in HD quality the date the videos aired in Japan. So, are they horrible fans? Are they breaking some sort of unofficial Johnny's rule? Absolutely not. And I did I hear once any fan saying to take down a video or delete a link, until the single was released? Of, course not! So, why are KAT-TUN fans doing this? Don't they realize that the only people that are getting jipped are the foreign fans? PVs air in Japan days before the release date. And all the Japanese KAT-TUN fan can simply turn on their TVs and watch the new PV when it airs. I don't see them covering their eyes and ears until the release date. And why's that? Because it would be absolutely stupid to do so. That would defeat the entire purpose of a PV. They are PVs, promotional videos! What promotion are they getting if you're not allowed to watch them until the release date?
Anyway, that's about enough angry fangirl ranting. Time to talk about the actual PV.
I actually think the PV is pretty cool, there's a lot going on. There are 3 different dance scenes, close-ups, breaking through the wall, and whatever is up with that random kid watching them throughout the PV. Even though I do think the PV is pretty cool, I was expecting something a little more. It's a little reminiscent of No More Pain and Rescue. Just because the entire PV is very dark. Sometime it's so dark, it's annoying though.
I don't get what random kid, or his magical box have to do with KAT-TUN.
Magic explosion?
Apparently it was Pandora's Box because he was magically transported to where KAT-TUN is.
However, Kame is much better looking than Pinhead.
Hott!
God, Kame looks good.
WTF is up with Taguchi's hair?
I love Koki. Even if he's making stupid face here.
Kame breaking through anything is hilarious. He's too much of a pretty boy.
Um...liquid embryo?
They're the kings of the world! XD
I know it's all CG, but that's beautiful.
I'm sorry but Taguchi looks stupid. He was probably going for old school 1950's hair, but it's juts bad.
Koki looks great.
KAT-TUN envy.
I always knew Maru was Bruce Wayne.
LOLZ!
No, just no.
I know he most likely said you can test (trust?) your world, but to me it sounded like you can dust your world.
Awesome.
So why exactly is Koki chained up? Not that I mind. XD
Adorable.
What?
Love.
