Another song from C-ute's upcoming 6th album, Chou WONDERFUL!6, has just been released. The theme of C-ute's new album is there will be no solo songs, instead each girl will be a center of a song. The song that was released is 3ban hoomu 3ryoume, and is Yajima Maimi's center song.
The beginning of the song where the music skips reminds me of another H!P song, and I can't for the life of me remember which one. And it's like eating me up! But that's neither here nor there. The song itself is pretty mid-tempo, but is still too soft for my taste. This is the second album song to be released and I'm really not won over by this album yet. And I didn't think it was possible but the chorus is slower and softer than the chorus. It's actually worse than the verse. Which is not a good thing. The chorus defines the song, and with this definition I'm just not feeling it. Don't get me wrong, the song it's absolutely terrible. It's just painfully mediocre and forgettable.
Also, this song is supposed to be centered around Maimi but instead the line distribution is almost fair. Maimi only has about 3 or 5 lines more then the other members. Which is hardly a center song in my opinion. SHOCK is a center song. Tokaikko Junjou is a center song. Most of C-ute's song are Airi and Maimi center songs. This just doesn't feel like one to me.

C-ute member Yajima Maimi and Hello Project Egg Fukuda Kanon are to appear in a movie together called Winter Ghost Story.
Now I don't know much about the movie yet, since I can't read Japanese. For now all I know is Maimi and Kanon are in it. Which is exciting news. This will be Kanon's debut as an actress and will be Maimi's second movie role. From the title we can assume it's a horror/suspense movie. I have a feeling it will be a mix between Ghost Train and A Tale of Two Sisters. But that's based on title alone.

Tsunku, Maimi, and Saki arrived in Korea to kick off the Korean auditions. They held a press conference to officially announce the auditions. And it seems like Maimi and Saki are wearing their recent concert outfits for most of the photos.
Koreans seem to be really excited for the audition. They even welcomed their arrival at the airport.
I'm really excited to see how these auditions turn out. I'll probably follow these a lot closer than the Taiwn auditions. Mainly because I'm more interested in Kpop than Cpop.
Anyway here's a little pic spam of the event.
Ishikawa Rika was in the fashion sow for the clothing line H. Naoto. However I am not sure of the exact date of the show. She was cosplaying as Angry to promote her new unit with Yossie. Aside from Rika, Konno Asami and Yajima Maimi were also in the show. This fashion show was great exposure for both H.Naoto and H!P.
In case you didn't know, Hangry and Angry are the mascots for the H.Naoto clothing brand. They even have their own line of clothing. Which is more of punk and lolita style. While H.Naoto as a whole blends together, modern Japanese clothes, lolita, punk, and visual kei. The clothes are really cute but I think they are too similar to the Japanese brand Putumayo. And also similar to Japanese punk brand Sex Pot Revenge. So I wonder what brought about this decision to blend together a fashion label and music? And not just any music H!P.
