The happiest C-ute fan in the world

The full PV for C-ute's upcoming single, Sekai ichi Happy na Onna no ko, has been released on their official youtube channel. Ad it honestly seems really rushed. The single isn't releases until September 7th but we're getting the PV now. Which is about a week or 2 early. And we're getting the PV with no warning. Not one PV preview was released for this single.

When I first watched the PV I decided I hated it withing the first 10 seconds. But for some reason by the time I finished watching I was in love with the PV. Which is something that never happens with me. Usually it's pretty cut and dry, I either love the PV or I hate it. And everything about this PV points to me hating it. The PV itself is extremely cheap. A majority of the PV is filmed in the exact same place. They have the dance shot up front, and then 5 feet behind them is the space for their close-ups. Which is something they hardly ever do in idol PVs. No matter how low of a budget they have, the dance shot and close-ups are 2 different settings. Even the cheapest of the cheap PVs don't really do this. I can honestly only think of a few PVs that actually do this. Which are Buono's Renai Rider, and actually most of Kusumi Koharu's solo singles. Another reason I should hate it is because of the dance. The dance is extremely simple. But idol dances are hardly ever good. Literally 9/10 are terrible.
I should also hate it because literally nothing happens in the PV. Just cute idol poses and close-ups, and that's it. Yet for some reason, despite all of this, I absolutely adore the PV. Because believe it or not I am pretty easy to please. I might be super critical of idol PVs, but that's not to say I don't enjoy most of them. The PV itself could be god awful, but if my idols look cute and are doing cute things, chances are I'm going to like the PV. It will never be my favorite idol PV of all time, but I will still enjoy it thoroughly. And that's exactly what this PV is like. The PV is simple, but it's not exactly boring. There are still a few cute elements to the PV. And above all, C-ute look absolutely adorable in this PV. They are wearing puffy idol dresses and oversized hair accessories. It's that's not adorable, I don't know what is!
I feel like I've seen this before. But I can't put my finger on it. And not Perfume's One Room Disco, somewhere else.
I challenge anyone to say that every members doesn't look to cute for words in this PV. I'm not the biggest Saki fan, but I want hug her in this PV.

Why does every idol group think this is a move worth repeating?

Airi looks perfect in her close-ups. *O*

Chisa looks pretty fresh and cute.

How is it possible for Maimi to be gorgeous and adorable at the same time?

Airi is so cute.

Gorgeous. MaiMai has been standing out to me a lot more lately.

Adorable smile.

Mai standing out, even in the background.

Creepy smile. Lol.

Airi! *O*

What's with the random orange?

These are probably my favorite scenes. You get to see every member, and they look cute and doll like.

Ring around the Airi.

Lol.

The funky chicken. Seriously?

Adorable.

Look how cute Nacky is.

It's pretty obvious what the dominos are for.

Adorable!

I have to admit, Saki really knows how to make her close-ups interesting.

The laying down scenes remind me of Paramore's The Only Exception music video. American music reference no one cares about. XD

Absolutely adorable!

Lolz at Maimi.

Totally saw this coming.

It reminds me too much of Berryz Koubou's Tomodachi wa Tomodachi Nanda PV.

This shot is weird. They almost look fake.

C-ute-Sekai ichi Happy na Onna no ko radio rip

The radio rip for C-ute's upcoming single, Sekai ichi Happy na Onna no ko, has been released.

I gotta say, I do really like the overall sound of this song. It is incredibly happy and upbeat. And it's also has a hint of a rock vibe, because there's a constant guitar rift in the background. The song is pretty much sounds like a generic idol song. But I still think there's a little something more than that in this song. Momoiro Sparkling was pretty generic too, but I like this song about 30 times more than Momoiro Sparkling.
I really love the super fast lines that Airi and Maimi sing before the chorus. But for the most part, I don't really like the way this song is sung. The girl's are trying too hard to sound cute, and it's making their voices sound a little awkward. Especailly Chisato, Mai, and Saki. There voices are pretty annoying in this song. And don't even get ma started on Saki. Her voice isn't the greatest to begin with, but it's almost ear piercing at some parts.

C-ute to release 17th single

C-ute announced that they will be releasing their 17th single. The single will be entitled Sekaiichi Happy na Onna no ko and will be released on September 7th.

I am really excited to see that C-ute is releasing another single. Lately C-ute has been releasing some of their best single. And each new single is completely different than the last. Anymore you don't know what to expect from C-ute, which is always exciting. However, judging from the title this song seems like another happy upbeat song. Which might be a little boring for fans since they jsut released the fairly upbeat Momoiro Sparkling. But I actually love cuter idol songs, so I'm happy that it seems to be another C-ute song. But you know I do love when C-ute throws a random song in there like Shock or Kiss Me Aishiteru.

As always, you can buy this single from CDJapan by clicking the links below.

C-ute sparkles in new PV

While I was away with computer troubles it seems every single PV has come out, including the PV of C-ute's new single Momoiro Sparkling. But it was pretty obvious that the PV would be out because it's extremely close to the release date.

It seems like a lot of people really seem to dislike this PV. And I have to wonder, are they watching the same PV I am? Sure, the PV is actually pretty simple and does stick to the same old format. But I actually really love the PV. It is simple and cute. It has a very sweet and refreshing vibe to it. The main reason why I like this PV so much is the girls. Their outfits are incredible and they look absolutely amazing. This is seriously the best C-ute has ever looked. This is definitely the best Chisato has looked. Since they've been focusing on her more, she just keeps looking better and better. I mean, I never really noticed how beautiful she actually is. The PV as a whole for some reason reminds me a lot of Berryz Koubou's Shining Power PV. It's probably because of the solid pink background they are in front of in some shots. They did the same in Shining Power except there were like 5 different colors. In Shining Power they play ping pong, and in Momoiro Sparkling they play with water guns. The two PVs are also similar because how it's set up. It's hard to explain in words, but watch both PVs back to back and you'll understand the vibe I'm talking about.

I think the dance is actually really cute. It's one of the few occasions where totally simplistic dance moves don't look completely ridiculous. Throughout the PV they try and actually pretend like they have something going on. With them jumping in the air, having balls thrown at them, and playing beach volleyball. But they kind of just phoned that in. Mostly because everything was filmed in the same 2 rooms. If they filmed in more than 2 places it wouldn't appear to be so cheap looking. Like if they filmed some of it in an outside setting, people would probably complain less. But having them play volleyball the same place where they filmed the dance, makes it super obvious how small the budget was. I actually don't mind how cheap the PV is or how cheap the overall PV was. The girls look great and they are acting pretty cute in the PV, that's pretty much all that matters to me. Besides C-ute has always made the exact same PVs basically. Just think back at all their past PVs and you'll see that they've always been pretty much the same. except for Campus Life and Aitai Lonely Christmas.

Ok, I could seriously do without the cabbage patch looking dance move.

I love how the dance area looks. I just wish the blocks didn't remind me of Heroine ni Narou ka so much. :/

The bubbles kind of throw everything off. Mostly because they are so fake looking.

Now where have I seen something similar to this before?

Oh that's right, in the Shining Power PV.

Maimi looks super pretty here.

I would kill for Chisa's outfit. That skirt is amazing. *O*

For some reason this leg move is my favorite part of the dance.

Airi is insanely adorable.

Gorgeous, Chisa looks absolutely gorgeous.

Saki looks...well, at least her jewelry is cute.

I think my heart just skipped a beat.

Little MaiMai has been looking really mature lately.

Adorable.

I don't know what's funnier: this dance move or the fact that I actually like it.

Mai looks really cute here.

These mid-air shots are actually a little weird.

Daijoubu.

The first time I've ever seen anyone make a K with their body was when Reina did it in the Cinderella musical. I've thought it was cute ever since.

Cute.

Maimi is really cute.

This reminds me a lot of their limited edition cover.
